Journaling can be a powerful practice for meditation, prayer, overall life processing and enhancing creativity. It’s a way of taking your mind and spirit for a daily walk and, like walking, only a few minutes of journaling a day can make a surprising difference. This three-session class will introduce the practice of journaling and provide some examples of different journaling techniques.
